Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to YourPaperMates OÜ’s Referral Program ("Referral Program," "Program"). By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before referring new clients to our services.

1. Program Overview

The YourPaperMates Referral Program allows existing clients ("Referrers") to earn rewards for referring new clients ("Referees") to use our tutoring services. Referees must book and complete a tutoring session or make a purchase from our available services excluding credit packs to be eligible for a referral reward.

By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referrers

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

  • Be a current client of YourPaperMates who has completed at least one tutoring session or purchased one of our services.

  • Have an active account with us (i.e., your account is in good standing and not subject to suspension or termination).

2.2 Referees

A Referee is someone who:

  • Is a new client to YourPaperMates, meaning they have never used our tutoring services or purchased any products from us before.

  • Has not been referred by any other participant in the Referral Program.

  • Completes at least one paid tutoring session, or purchases a service excluding credit packs from us.

3. How the Program Works

3.1 Referring a New Client

To refer a new client (Referee) to our services, Referrers must:

  • Contact us sharing their interest in joining the referral program. A unique referral ID will then be provided.

  • Share their unique referral ID, which will be provided to them upon enrollment in the Program. This ID can be shared via email, social media, or directly with friends and family.

  • Encourage their Referees to book and complete a tutoring session or purchase a service excluding credit packs.

3.2 Referral Rewards

When a Referee:

  • Books and completes their first tutoring session, or

  • Purchases any service excluding a credit pack

The Referrer will receive a reward, which may be claimed in one of the following ways:

  • Bank Transfer: 10% of the referee’s order sent through bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.

  • Referral Credits: 15% of the referee’s order to be given as referral credits which can be used to all services provided by us, including bundles, and credit packs.

The exact reward value will be communicated to the Referrer via email or mobile once the Referee completes their qualifying action.

3.3 Notification of Reward

Once the Referee has completed their first session or purchase, the Referrer will receive an email notification confirming the reward. The reward will be credited to the Referrer's account or issued as per the reward type (e.g., coupon code, free session, etc.).

4. Referral Program Restrictions

4.1 Valid Referrals

For a referral to be valid and eligible for a reward:

  • The Referee must be a new client and must not have previously used our services.

  • The Referee must complete at least one paid session or purchase a qualifying service (e.g., a tutoring bundle or credit pack).

  • The referral must be tracked using the unique referral ID provided to the Referrer.

  • The referee may not refund the order, within the available time.

4.2 Referral Fraud

Any attempt to refer clients fraudulently or artificially (e.g., creating multiple accounts, providing fake or misleading information, or referring family members as new clients) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate disqualification of both the Referrer and Referee from the Referral Program. Additionally, any rewards earned through fraudulent activity will be revoked.

4.3 Eligibility for Rewards

Referral rewards will only be provided at least 10 days after the Referee has completed the qualifying action (i.e., a paid tutoring session or a service purchase). Rewards will not be issued for cancellations, non-payment of services, or refunded services.

4.4 Non-Transferable

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They are only valid for the account holder who referred the new client.

5. General Terms

5.1 Program Modifications

YourPaperMates OÜ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to change the reward structure, eligibility requirements, or any other aspect of the Program. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email to active participants.

5.2 Program Termination

If you wish to stop participating in the Referral Program, you can opt out at any time by contacting us at yourpapermate@proton.me. If you choose to opt out, any pending referrals and rewards will still be honored, but no further referrals will be accepted.

5.3 Tax Responsibility

Referral rewards may be subject to tax laws depending on your jurisdiction. YourPaperMates OÜ is not responsible for any tax obligations incurred as a result of participating in the Referral Program. You are responsible for reporting any applicable taxes related to rewards received.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

YourPaperMates OÜ will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the Referral Program or the use of any rewards. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this program will not exceed the value of the reward issued to you.

5.5 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Estonia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
